Deleta's Domain body butters do contain heat sensitive ingredients. When shipped they automatically come with icepacks to assist in keeping items cool.
To further prevent this we ship our items using USPS due to the temperature controlled trucks with this carrier. During summer/higher weather seasons we ask that you select USPS at checkout.

All items are shipped within 2- 7 business days after placing an order. Tracking information will also be provided and updated in your email. Be sure to double-check the address used to place your order. Orders shipped to incorrect location cannot be canceled after being delivered.

Any melting, texture change in products that occur due to weather is not eligible for return. We kindly suggest that the product is placed in a cool place to solidify. Due to heated conditions all butters orders wrapped/ sealed with Thermal coolers.
